You will be responsible for delivering digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.

**This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the potential to go full-time.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
- Supports managers with new product launches and marketing strategy work in respective businesses
- Supports and generates strategies to maximise the CRM platform for market reach and successful sales campaign penetration
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and media contacts

**Ideally, you have**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the horticulture or related industry
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
