**YOUR Role..** as B2B Account Managers you will be contacting prospective businesses and support them in comparing their current energy bills to give them the best possible value for money. This is a busy outbound phone-based role in a highly motivated call centre team. You will need to build rapport quickly over the phone and deliver high quality customer service, and work closely with the Melbourne team to pass on leads so they can convert to a sale.

**About you**:

- Must have experience meeting and exceeding KPI’s
- Sales experience required
- Ability to build rapport over the phone with clients
- Experience working in a call centre or fast paced environment
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Be an influencer and problem solver
- Able to work autonomously
- Thrive on converting leads to a sale
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in education sales or a sales focused call centre environment will be highly regarded
