**Your opportunity**:
Scanlan Theodore are seeking an experienced **Area Manager** who will support the Victorian State Manager in an Assistant State Manager capacity in overseeing six **VIC Boutiques**. You will be accountable for implementing and maintaining operational procedures, leading, mentoring and developing the team to ensure the profitability of the Boutiques are in line with brands financial strategy. You will have a strategic mindset as well as excellent abilities in employee planning whilst emulating the brand’s philosophy and values to ensure an elevated client service experience from all Boutiques.

**How you will contribute**:

- As a brand Ambassador, continually inspire the ethos of the brand internally and externally
- Build and maintain client-focused mindset, client loyalty and retention
- Maintain and create a positive work environment, consistent with brand’s values
- Engage Store Managers, store teams and stakeholders to establish effective and strong relationships
- Guide Boutique Managers on a consistent basis
- Recruit and develop Boutique teams
- Maximise sales results and KPIs in line with the brand's objectives
- Ensure all Boutiques follow the brands visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage inventories in alliance with Boutique staff and Head office.
- Ensure that Boutiques are compliant with safety, security, legal, sustainability, HR guidelines

**Who you are**:

- 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion
- Understand and continually observe business environment including market trends and competition
- Passionate about a career in luxury fashion
- Client focused
- Inspiring people leader
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- A brand ambassador by building and growing relationships
- Ability to further develop and enhance professional relationships
