Reporting to our Chief People & Culture Officer, as Change & Communications Business Partner you will play a key role in supporting the people, technology and office agenda of harrison.ai. In doing so, you will provide support to our joint ventures and further enable our collaborative ways of working. This role will be primarily responsible for our change and communication plans across major company-wide improvements and project, as well as supporting various aspects of our employee engagement strategy.
**What you'll do**:
- Support the people, technology and office teams in delivering change and implementing major improvements or projects, aligned to our value of “obsessed with the process”;
- Partner with Project Leads to prepare a communication plan and timeline and execute on this plan;
- Drive a change management approach that is aligned to our value of “doing the best work of our lives, together”;
- Design online and in-person training, in partnership with our Learning and Development Lead and Subject Matter Experts to facilitate the learning component of change management;
- Work with our Business Partnering team to define our communication channels to approach and engage with internal and external stakeholders;
- Design and implement internal customer satisfaction, pulse, and onboarding surveys to identify opportunities to enhance our employee experience;
- Support the operations team with assessing the internal customer satisfaction across our joint ventures where shared services are delivered;
- Create partnerships between the Marketing & Communications team and the People, Technology and Office teams to enhance our employer brand and community engagement; and
- Partner with the Harrison.ai Foundation to support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Impact initiatives.
**What we're looking for**:
- Highly experienced in change management, communication planning and implementation, with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience;
- Ability to connect teams and individuals to increase opportunities for success;
- Great communication skills and motivation to improve employee experience;
- Communications qualifications with a blended experience working in the people and culture space;
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field.
