**Join Our Team as a Pedagogical Practice Partner - Queensland**

Are you an experienced early childhood education professional with a passion for supporting high-quality teaching and learning? At Story House Early Learning, we’re committed to building strong educational foundations and investing in our educators because when they grow, children thrive.

**About the Role**:
As a **Pedagogical Practice Partner**, you’ll work closely with Educational Leaders and Service Managers across Queensland to strengthen educational practice, embed our curriculum, and coach teams to deliver meaningful, child-led learning experiences.

This is a mobile role, so you’ll need to travel between services across Queensland. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car are essential.

You’ll play a key role in embedding these programs, supporting reflective practice, and ensuring learning environments reflect our commitment to quality and inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide pedagogical leadership across a portfolio of Queensland services.
- Coach and mentor Educational Leaders and teams to build confidence and consistency in educational delivery.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of Story House’s curriculum and frameworks.
- Partner with Business Operations Managers to align educational goals with service delivery.
- Role model our core values: respect, connectedness, integrity, safety, celebration, innovation, and commitment.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A **Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education** (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in early childhood settings.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and evidence-based practices.
- Willingness to travel across Queensland.
