We are seeking exceptional inbound customer service officers / representatives for a respected organisation within the Health sector. This is a fast paced role, primarily phone based however also managing web enquiries

You will be working a mix of remotely and from the CBD office, collaborating and working within a wider customer service team providing professional and accurate support to healthcare practitioners and the general public.

**Your Day-To-Day**:

- Work with confidential information and documentation
- Upkeep of the database and CRM

**Who you are**:

- Customer service experience in hospitality or retail - call centre experience is highly regarded
- Experience within any of the following areas is beneficial; public health, regulation, policy, legal
- Articulate written and verbal communication

**Key Details**:

- You must be available to start end of August and be available to work a rotating roster Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 8.00pm, hours per week will always be set 37.5 hours.
- You will be able to work in the office or from home with a 50/50 split between the two.
- We are seeking team members who want a stable role and organisation with opportunity to grow and develop. These roles will initially be on a 6 month fixed-term contract which the expectation to move onto a permanent contract during this time.
