What we are offering

A great opportunity has arisen in our Mitre10 Kingsford business for a Customer Sales Team Member based in our site, r eporting to the Trade Manager, this position is store based working within our Trade team.

About the role

You will have previous sales experience at a Trade Desk level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI’s whilst adding real value to our trade customers. You will be required to work a Monday to Friday roster. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in customer service and a solid knowledge of building products.

**What you will do**:
Achievement of sales, margin and product mix targets

The ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing business

Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities

Ability to negotiate with suppliers

Safety being part of our everyday culture

What you will bring

A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making

A comprehensive understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience in Timber, Plumbing and Building materials

Previous experience in a similar sales role

Ability to multi task in a dynamic fast paced trade business
