Key Resonibitilies and Undertakings
- Manage, oversee, and coordinate the business' overall sales and marketing activities.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across Australia.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities
- Strengthen brand image and foster loyalty to the business to increase sales.
- Manage the sales and marketing representatives within the business to ensure productive strategies and processes are implemented.
- Conduct sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.
- Implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Oversee team to monitor and ensure attraction of new customers while retaining existing customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and event organisers to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Ensuring quality control in sales and product delivery

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Formal Qualifications in related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in related position
- Management experience
- Ability to work towards and achieve company targets by utilising skills and knowledge background.
- Strong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independentaly as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate work to other sales and marketing employees.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
