Our Product Solutions Group Presales technical specialist team operate at the front of the sales pipeline assisting sales to win work. We require a broad set of skills and a team that is adaptable to various situations. We require high calibre and proven performers that can blend well with our team and engage our customers to bring insight and design solutions to add value to their business.

About the Role
As an Atlassian Presales Specialist, being the domain area expert, you will work collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, Technical Domains and Customers to understand our clients business requirements, and match those needs with the Atlassian range. You will be actively involved in presenting to and meeting with our clients and prospects. In the Presales Specialist domain, you will be exposed to a broad range of experience in many technical disciplines as well as growing a solid understanding of business and service management principles.
This position can be based from our Datacom offices in Sydney or Melbourne.

What you'll do
As the Atlassian Presales Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Connect with clients, prospects and the Datacom sales teams nationally to provide presales support and expertise in your areas of expertise
- Develop client relationships and translate business/ technical requirements into technical solutions
- Develop, facilitate, and engage in additional business growth opportunities for Datacom
