We’re seeking a **Marketing Specialist** to join our impact-driven team and help us scale our presence, grow our partnerships, and accelerate Australia’s journey to halving food waste by 2030.

**About Us**

Yume is a pioneering food redistribution platform connecting surplus food from Australia’s food manufacturers to businesses and charities that can use it. We’re reshaping the way the industry handles excess inventory through innovative tech, helping reduce waste, support communities, and protect the planet.

Backed by the Atlassian Foundation and supported by industry leaders, our platform empowers manufacturers to boost their donation programs and improve their sustainability performance - making real impact at scale.

**About the Role**

You’ll lead the charge on sharing Yume’s mission across platforms, driving awareness, and converting engagement into action. You’ll develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, manage our digital presence, and help grow our B2B partnerships through storytelling and strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with our internal teams to craft compelling narratives about our product, impact, and people
- Translate market insights into campaign opportunities that generate leads and build loyalty
- Optimise our website and SEO performance using tools like Google Ads and HubSpot
- Analyse performance data to inform future strategy and increase ROI
- Represent Yume at events and industry forums

**You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years in a marketing role - preferably in FMCG, or sustainability (B2C or B2B)
- Technical fluency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, and Klaviyo / Mailchimp
- Ability to run marketing operations end-to-end - from planning to performance tracking
- Passion for food systems, environmental impact, or social entrepreneurship
- Experience working remotely and across cross-functional teams

Bonus: Background in sustainability startups or environmental organizations and experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
