Role: Presales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Presales Agenda:
     Lead and manage the presales activities to align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Support Business Partners:
     Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage Stakeholders:
     Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
  • Customer Engagements:
     Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the presales phase, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs):
     Develop and deliver PoCs to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
     Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on our products and services to support sales efforts.
  • Vendor Partnerships:
     Work closely with our vendors to leverage their products and services, ensuring a comprehensive solution offering for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
     Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Technical Skills:
     Strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Communication Skills:
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
     Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to customer needs.
  • Customer Focus:
     Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Team Collaboration:
     Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel:
     Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.

Selling Suite of Products:

  • IT Networking:
     Cisco routers and switches, Ericsson, Meraki, Arista, Juniper Networks, and Aruba Networks.
  • Security:
     Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Check Point Software Technologies.
  • Microsoft Products:
     Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft licensing.
