**About this role**
Do you enjoy networking and building relationships with top talent? As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** within the **Melbourne **office, you will work together with Arup’s business leaders to identify and source exceptional talent across the Australasia region. With access to a global community of industry leaders, you will collaborate and learn from other people driven professionals as you positively influence our firm and continue to grow your career. This is a specific term full-time contract opportunity.

**What will I do?**
- Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future recruiting needs and build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Actively headhunt and recruit talent within the Australian Market (and internationally where appropriate).
- Produce reports and extract, integrate and manipulate talent data from systems.

**What will I bring?**
- 4+ years recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and building talent pipelines within engineering and design
- Proven track record of handling complex roles with niche skills in a geographically diverse setting.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and Talent insights.
- Ability to build relationships quickly both face to face and over the phone.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced, agile environments whilst maintaining a strong client focus
