**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain IDAM PAM policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze logs for suspicious activity and security violations
- Troubleshoot and solve complex IDAM PAM issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay current with emerging IDAM PAM technologies and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IDAM and PAM
- Strong understanding of industry standards such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth2
- Experience with authentication protocols and methods like two-factor authentication, single sign-on, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is a plus
