**The Role**

**Essential skills & Experience**:

- 4+yrs experience in PAM engineering across different technologies
- Skill #1 - 4-5 years of experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Red hat PAM experience.
- Skill #2 - 3-5years of experience in Java, Postgress/SQL DB, and UI skills.
- Skill #3 - 3-5years of experience in CICD/DevOps with Red Hat OpenShift
- Deployment using Kubernetes and Container deployment with CICD.
- Experience in working with Agile Methodologies
- Production deployment experience in Banking, Networking technologies.

**Key Skills**:

- Development in Red Hat suite Interacting and consulting with clients of Red Hat suite for Installation, Administering and Configuration PAM, BPM Suite for development and production environments.
- Should have to work in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Red hat PAM
- Good understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Develop the business requirement as BPMN process
- Able guide to design workflows with BPMN 2.0 specification and Rules using DMN specification in RHPAM.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should have good work experience with Red Hat Process Automation Management.
- Developing end to end process in Red HAT PAM which included multiple number of services integrations.
- Should be working in Linux environment, Python, Java, Postgress/SQL DB, and UI skills.
- Development in Red Hat suite Interacting and consulting with clients of Red Hat suite for Installation, Administering and Configuration PAM, BPM Suite for development and production environments.
- Should have to work in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Red hat PAM
- Good understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Develop the business requirement as BPMN process
- Able guide to design workflows with BPMN 2.0 specification and Rules using DMN specification in RHPAM.
- Deploying PAM process and PAM service layer on open shift.
- Experience in JIRA and confluence.
- Experience in building config files and Data models in Red hat PAM
- Decision Model and Notation (DMN) standards,
- Testing of SDLC environment and unit testing of PAM processes.
- Test Engineering with SDLC experience, with Linux, Python, Java, Databases
- CICD/DevOps Engineering experience with Red Hat OpenShift LAB, Staging and Prod environments.
- Deployment using Kubernetes and Container deployment with CICD
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
- Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.
- You will be working with senior stakeholders and providing clear actionable recommendations
- Exemplary communication skills with appetite for change and transformation
- Proactively work with business stakeholders to implement processes to allow testing and roll-out of the solutions

- Availability in AEST time
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in RHPAM.
- Good understanding of RHPAM & BPMN process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
