Are you passionate about Cyber Security and driven to make a positive impact within your organization? I'm on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join a great client of ours, on an initial 6 month contract.

In this role you can expect to lead the charge in educating internal employees on all things Cyber Security, playing a pivotal role in creating awareness (through materials), promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of security consciousness among their workforce.

As the Internal Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Cyber Security education programs tailored to the specific needs of this organisations employees. This will be achieved by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including the Cyber Security department, HR, and IT, to develop engaging and impactful communication materials, training modules, and awareness campaigns.

**Here's what you'll be up to**

Create and execute the communication strategy for Cyber Security and internal best practice.

Take responsibility for supporting the effective implementation and launch of Cyber Security Education and awareness initiatives through various communication channels.

Strategize, develop, and oversee communication materials, plans, and a common language to educate all employees on the importance of Cyber Security and their individual contributions to building a robust internal defense against external threats.

Develop and oversee communication and coaching plans for Cyber champions throughout the company, focusing on education and support.

**A bit about you**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in the field of Cyber Security or IT.

Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, best practices, and industry trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for different communication channels.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
