The Advanced Analytics Team is an Enterprise function within Endeavour, with capabilities across data governance & privacy, data engineering & platforms, data analytics and data science. We are a passionate team of data enthusiasts with a mission to empower Endeavour to achieve its ambitions through data driven insights.

The delivery lead will deliver new products to bring these principles to life into all parts of our business including merchandising, operations and support functions across retail and hotels. Working in conjunction with our product managers, data science, analytics and technology teams plus external supporters you will plan and develop the increments and lead a squad (or number of squads) to deliver the roadmap.

This role will operate at an operational level to:

- Deliver the roadmap using agile methodology in partnership with business stakeholders
- Partner with your product manager and our chapter leads to build and develop a cross functional squad
- Work closely with external teams to plan dependencies and releases of the product
- Deliver products to internal customers to reduce costs and increase revenue or margin

**Where does my role fit?**:
Endeavour operates the largest hotel group in Australia, managing more than 350 venues from QLD to WA, serving millions of customers each year

This critical role will work alongside our Senior Product manager to lead agile teams within our Advanced Analytics Tribe, continuing the digital transformation of our Hotels business. You’ll work with our customers and teams to launch digital products, ranging from perfecting the beers at the bar, through to tools to transform our day to day operations.

You will also play a key role in supporting development and roll out of the data-led transformation strategy and driving a cultural uplift towards agile ways of working and becoming a data-led business.

**A day in the life of a Delivery Lead - Data led Transformation**
- Delivery Leadership:_
- Application of the agile & scrum values and principles
- Responsible for removing squad blockers with support from the Product Manager or management if needed to ensure planned sprints are delivered as expected.
- Coach the team to be empowered and instill a proactive, positive and innovative team culture
- Work closely with Product Manager on prioritization of the squad backlog to maximize value delivered
- Responsible for ongoing health of the squad, ensuring that it is set up to deliver end-to-end outcomes, providing coaching & feedback, ensuring resources are planned effectively and are fully utilised.
- Ensures that the squad has engaged with business stakeholders (internal customers) insights and feedback during the delivery of their work. A clear link between insights and action development should be visible.
- Decides whether the work the squad has delivered is ready for release, works with the squad to define criteria for work to be released and is accountable for the quality of the squad’s released work.

- Initial use cases span across the entire hotels business, initially focused on opportunities within our Bars and
