**ROLE: Performance Test Lead**

**LOCATION: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne**

We’re seeking a **Performance Test Lead** This role is critical in shaping and executing the performance strategy for our platforms and ensuring systems meet expectations for scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and own the end-to-end NFR delivery plan across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate performance testing strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure NFRs are designed, built, and validated early in the lifecycle.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in system performance and proactively manage them.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business and executive stakeholders.

**Required Experience**:

- Technical depth to **navigate DI ecosystem**:

- Strong background in performance engineering or testing, including experience with tools like **JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.**:

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery plans and lead across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering within enterprise-scale programs or complex environments.
