**The role**
As P&C Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high quality administrative and P&C support services to the P&C team.
Your key areas of responsibility will involve;
- Provide general administrative support services to the P&C team
- Triaging the shared P&C inbox, assigning tasks to relevant team members
- Updating intranet and liaising with Payroll as required
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities (onboarding / departures)
- Supporting P&C annual calendar of events
- Coordination of P&C activities, including scheduling for various D&I, and Health & Wellness initiatives
- Maintenance of templates and org charts
- Supporting on various projects as required
**What you’ll need**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline (ideal)
- Previous experience in an HR support role
- Strong IT skills, including prior use of Microsoft Office suite
- Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Proven ability to deal with confidential matters
- High levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach
