About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Front office and parent enquiries
- Manage enrolment process
- Manage key register
- Assist with human resources tasks for school support staff, including printing timesheets, entering casual claims, assisting with teacher and teacher aide relief
- Creating Work Area Access Permits/Liasing with external contractors
- General administration duties as directed by the Business Manager
About You
- One School, ID Attend and BEMIR knowledge
- Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture
- The ability to work autonomously and part of a high performing team within the administrative staff
