About the role
This casual position is based in our Breakthru unit, in our Community Supports program. You will be based at Hornsby, taking shifts in Rydalmere until the Hornsby shifts increase.
**Your work will support**:
Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
Participation in a range of scheduled activities in our hub such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions
Engagement in social events
Transportation assistance where required
Meal preparation and other in-home supports
Occasionally assisting the SLES team.
Working at our Rydalmere Hub in the day program
About You
Whatever your situation, we are looking for reliable people who are passionate about community connection, who enjoy developing relationships with people, and genuinely get excited to see others achieve. You will have administrative and be a whizz at technology as your skills will be called upon from time to time.
The casual pay range on these roles is between $40.25 -$43.92 per hour. Relevant certificates or qualifications with at least 12 months experience, attract the higher rate. Saturday shifts attract 50% loading.
With a knowledgeable senior leadership team to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation, you will be supported to deliver amazing services to the community and develop your skills and career
