This is a 12-month fixed term contract and a great opportunity to join the APJ Strategic Events team at the World’s Most Innovative Company. You will play an integral role in the planning, operations and execution of ServiceNow marquee event and select strategic third-party events across APJ. You drive innovation and ensure our events are performing in a demanding, pipeline focused environment and amplify ServiceNow’s positioning and brand.

**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:

- Support strategic events team in the delivery of our APJ strategic events and key 3rd party events
- Assist internal and external teams by providing clear direction, active support, and passionate advocacy
- Assist with content management including and not limited to speaker agreements, speaker enablement and ensuring consistent experience across APJ
- Assist with localisation for delivery of assets, content, demos and any additional needs for Korea and Japan
- Support event budget processes and analysis from pre-event forecasts to post-show reconciliation
- Assist with briefing documents to ensure Sales and Business Development functions are fully briefed and informed of events strategy
- Assist with select third party events from concept to follow up
- Being an advocate for the attendees’ experience by looking at each interaction as an opportunity to deliver an engaging experience
- Understand the ServiceNow brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging through all ServiceNow and strategic third-party events.
- Manage agencies/third party vendors
- Act as ‘Event Advisor’ to the wider APJ Marketing team and business

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- Experience of leading cross functional teams
- Experience in developing and designing high-end events that create recognition in market, as well as out the box ideas and creative approaches to improving audience engagement and experience
- Self-starter and proactive approach
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise a heavy workload and adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail and innovative thinker
- A self-driven work ethic and model
- Passion for technology and highly competent with I.T
- A sense of humour, fun and can-do attitude
- 5+ years planning and implementing events within a corporate environment
