As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting P&C employee relations, providing consistent advice, and contributing to strategic projects. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective delivery of P&C services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality, consistent ER advice and services.
- Provide interpretation advice on Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements within the business
- Assist with research and contribute to P&C projects.
- Support with the administration of Enterprise Agreement making processes
- Support Employee Benefits scheme
- Assist with the administration of Employee Relation functions, such as coordination of committees and record keeping.
- Support team members with investigations related to grievances and complaints.
- Review and provide input on internal policies and procedures.

Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Skills and Experience:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, ideally with a focus on Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to team outcomes.
