Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Officer at Richardson & Wrench Double Bay in Sydney, NSW. The role has become available as the incumbent has been promoted into the sales team as part of their career growth. The Leasing Officer will assist with showing properties, analyzing customer needs, conducting open homes, checking references, and maintaining effective communication with clients, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Live locally and knowledge of local property market and regulations
Relevant qualifications and certifications in real estate or property management
