Mid-level Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate **Mid-Level Product Designer** with the ability to create empathic, user-centered design experiences that empower our users.

You will champion intuitive, high-end experiences within our app and online products for exciting global brands. Collaborating within the product team, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of all our products through your deliberate design decisions.

**What You'll Do Day to Day**:

- App Stores and White-labelling: assist sales and engineering teams by designing app-stores and white-label materials
- Problem-solving client-specific requirements through capturing, researching, design thinking practices, sketching, creating user flows, wireframing, prototyping and user-testing experiences.
- Collaborate within the product team to maintain consistent, strategic UX/UI experiences
- Collaborate with engineering to communicate design decisions, ensuring smooth hand-over of designs/ability to technically achieve end result
- Develop practical material to support engineering and support
- Quality Assurance: check the implemented work meets the product designs and coordinate with engineers
- Participate in meetings with clients and prospects and support the company in its growth efforts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Imagination and the demonstrated ability to express the company’s vision digitally
- Passion, enthusiasm and demonstrated flexibility
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to empathise with users, problem-solve and create user-focused experiences/flows
- An eye for design
- Ability to create high-quality prototypes, wireframes/user flows
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business units and multiple countries
- Ability to facilitate and contribute in workshops
- Experience with Figma/Adobe XD/Adobe Creative Suite or similar
