**Job Purpose**

An exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our growing Commercial Logistics team in Brisbane

This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting customers within the specific vertical or geography, leveraging DP World expertise and assets to deliver innovative revenue streams and optimise the logistics value chain.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Plan sales activities and set targets for specific vertical and/or geography
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Generate leads and support vertical-specific pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Engage regularly with customers through meetings and calls
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal customer outcomes
- Expand DP World share of wallet through value-add services
- Identify and grow profitable revenue streams
- Manage pipeline to meet or exceed financial targets
- Conduct market research and contribute to product/service innovation
- Lead commercial proposal development and negotiations
- Represent DP World in marketing events and webinars
- Uphold company principles and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications
- 5-8+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Key Account Management, customer solutions, and operations
- Proven ability in lead generation and customer relationship development
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, planning, and reporting
- Results-driven, organised, and proactive
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service excellence
