Local Gov client seeking Training Lead | $700-950 per day inclusive of super | Southwest Brisbane | 4 Months

Hays is assisting a local government client based in Southwest Brisbane who is seeking a Project Training Lead to assist with an Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP implementation project. The Project Training Lead will be engaged on a temporary basis for four months working 38 hours per week. An ASAP start is required due to the project being time sensitive.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Project Change Lead, the Project Training Lead will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:
- Assessing the learning and development needs of the elements of the organisation impacted by the Project
- Supporting individuals to maintain and/or gain the required skills and knowledge to effectively perform their roles once the project goes live
- Developing a training needs analysis, identifying impacted groups users and the knowledge and skills needed to ensure a successful adoption of the Oracle product
- Developing a training plan, inclusive of mandatory/compliance learning, technical competency training, process/systems and business improvement/changes
- Incorporating blended learning solutions in various forms (including face to face, online, self-paced, and just-in-time, on-demand) ensuring the use of a variety of channels and methods to suit the audience
- Executing and facilitating the deliverables of the training plan.
- Producing and contributing to project and change management status reports.
- Performing any other duties that are reasonably within the competency, skills and training of incumbent as may be directed from time to time by the position’s supervisor
- Contributing to developing a workplace environment that values performance, continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of high-quality services
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience of working on an ERP implementation as a training lead is essential to be considered
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing a learning needs and a training plan in line with organisational priorities and program project goals
- Substantial experience designing, developing and facilitating learning solutions across a diverse audience with broad development needs
- Substantial interpersonal and consultancy skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers, key stakeholders and customers
- Substantial organisational and project management skills with multiple and varied projects including analytical skills and report writing capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage resource capacity to meet and align with project schedules
- Demonstrated negotiation, consultation, interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate positive outcomes in service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in working on large-scale projects to support business needs and foster a culture of cooperation, teamwork, commitment to excellence and professional ethics.
