**About the Role**

At Home Care is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic marketing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Marketing Advisor will deliver effective digital and traditional marketing initiatives and programs in-line with the marketing strategy, as well as build upon At Home Care’s established brand reputation as a high-quality, trusted provider of complex disability care in WA.

**Duties**:

- Plan, implement, and report on integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital advertising campaigns
- Expand At Home Care’s brand position within the disability sector and the wider community
- Develop and manage digital content, including website and social media
- Maintain marketing collateral, signage, and other branded materials
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as digital marketing agencies
- Execute external events, such as client engagement events, staff engagement events and exhibiting at expos
- Maintain beneficial relationships with sponsored organisations to leverage At Home Care’s brand presence in the community
- Proactively identify opportunities to build and optimise At Home Care’s marketing efforts to achieve our vision, mission, and business goals

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum three years’ experience in a marketing role, including digital and social
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- A passion for people and relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe InDesign and Canva (preferred)
- Experience with information technology systems, including CRM platforms (preferred)
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
