**Core Tasks Include**:
- **Marketing Support**:
- Plan, schedule, and create exciting content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, showcasing our classes, tools, and creative community.
- Assist in designing marketing materials like flyers, brochures, and digital assets that reflect our unique brand identity.
- Use photography and videography skills to capture compelling images and videos of workshops, tools, and events.
- Create vlogs and blog content to tell the story of our brand, educate our audience, and promote services.
- Monitor and report on campaign success, contributing ideas to make our marketing even better.
- **E-Commerce Management**:
- Keep our Shopify store updated with accurate, eye-catching product listings.
- Collaborate on special promotions, such as seasonal sales, new product launches, or workshop bundles.
- Ensure our customers enjoy a smooth online shopping experience, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- **Content Creation & Storytelling**:
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Write blog articles that engage, inform, and inspire our community, highlighting the woodworking journey.
- Produce short vlogs or behind-the-scenes content to showcase the personality and creativity of our brand.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize the customer database, ensuring accurate information for direct marketing efforts.
- Assist with preparing materials for workshops, presentations, and retail promotions.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines to keep projects on track.
- Tackle a variety of administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Promote consumer understanding of our woodworking workshops, tools, and services.
- Assist with gathering and responding to online reviews, strengthening our reputation as a trusted, welcoming brand.
- **Event Support**:
- Support the promotion and coordination of workshops, open studio sessions, and community events.
- Assist with creating event calendars and promotional materials to ensure successful attendance and engagement.
