Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Regulatory Officer** to provide advice and recommendations for stakeholder decision making.

**About the role**:

- Provide sound advice and recommendations which influence the decisions made by others, including supervisors and peers
- Contribute new ideas and maximise the benefits of change, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of business processes
- Perform research and analysis activities and report on findings
- Resolve moderately complex enquiries from internal and external stakeholders and provide information and advice as a representative of the work area
- Undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support of operational tasks including research and analysis activities, briefing material and annual reports

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, undertake repeatable tasks in an accurate and transparent manner

**Desirable, but not essential**:

- Experience with scheme administration, regulation, compliance or data analysis is highly desirable
- Qualifications in economics, science or engineering
