**South East Metro Health Service Partnership COVID Positive Pathways Operations Lead**

Monash Health is excited to announce new South East Metro COVID Positive Pathways-Operations Lead position within the Public Health and Community Division.
- Play an key role in the supporting the transition of COVID Positive Pathways model of care for the South East Metro Health Service Partnership

Monash Health Emergency Departments treat over 150,000 emergency patients a year at Monash Medical Centre Clayton campus, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital. Patients have access to a full range of treatment options, including intensive care.

**About The Role**

The purpose of the role is to oversee the strategic and operational coordination of the C+P governance activities for the South East Metro Region. Working with contracted Community Health Services plus Primary Care and Public Health Partners this role will require a strong emphasis on collaborative professional leadership, teamwork and outstanding communication, that results in positive client. Outcomes. This is a full time 12 month fixed term position.

**About You**

You are experienced in high level partnerships and engagement of key stakeholders to promote positive relationships and outcomes for clients. Naturally you have strong written and verbal communication skills, you are an active listener and possess well developed negotiation and influencing abilities that will be used in working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe quality of care. You are highly motivated and will thrive on the challenge of supporting the South East Metro COVID Positive Pathways

**What You Need**
- Relevant Qualification
- Demonstrated experience
- High level written and communication skills
- Victorian Drivers license
