**The Hours**

Join our team in this **part-time leave & relief role** within the hours of **9:15am - 4:15pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:15am - 5:15pm Friday.**

The first 8 weeks of the role will require full time availability from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.

Training will be held at **Eastland Branch** however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our **Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Camberwell, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Healesville, Knox, Chirnside Park & Waverley Gardens (Mulgrave) Branches**, so a license and transport is essential. _*Mileage paid._

**In this role, you will**
- Support our **Metro East Branches** by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
- Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and baking transactions
- Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
