**Your Next Role**

Reporting to the National Production Manager your role is to lead our production team (~60 team members) with a safe, continuous improvement culture. You will seek to ensure:

- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Teams are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of production results through daily operational management of the site using the Business Excellence process.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the availability of plant for production through the management of the engineering maintenance function.
- In partnership with the Supply Chain function, participate in the development of manufacturing plans which ensure consistent, reliable produce-to-plan outcomes and manage overall inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Encouraging and leading the design and implementation of consistent work practices and processes across the site.

**Glulam**

You will be based at our Glulam plant in Maryborough West, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including Fraser Island.

- Experience in similar senior leadership roles in operations and/or production within manufacturing, transportation or logistics.
- Exceptional proven leadership abilities in delivering business outcomes and engaging people through change.
- Experience in driving and leading continuous improvement and business excellence.
- Ability to think strategically & innovatively across operations.
