**About the Company**

Abano Healthcare Group is the operator of one of the largest trans-Tasman dental groups, with a team of over 2000 across 270+ practices that make up “Maven Dental” and “1300SMILES Dentists” in Australia, and “Lumino The Dentists” in New Zealand. This role is based out of our Malvern East Office, with the flexibility of working 2 days a week from home.

**The Role**

Playing a key role in the success of the Marketing team, you are tasked with analysing marketing performance, developing dashboards to assess the success of marketing activities and help inform future marketing plans.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter who is looking to spread their wings in a high-performing marketing team within the health sector.

Working with our CRM Data Strategy manager you’ll be asked to support the delivery of insights and analytics to help drive improved reporting and results for our Australian portfolio of brands.

**What success looks like for this role**
- Developing visual dashboards using tools such as Power BI
- Regular reporting that provides overall view as to the progress of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Analysing the performance of our marketing campaigns and engaging with both our internal marketing teams and external Agency to communicate results
- Create customer profiling to support our Local Area Marketing team
- Extract patient lists for marketing campaigns
- Supporting the team by showing a high level of collaboration and communication with stakeholders and peers.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business such Contact Centre and Patient Experience teams
- Responding to internal stakeholders and wider business with data-related requests

**About you**
- You’re a natural problem solver
- A Marketer or Analyst with 1+ years’ experience in roles with a Data Analytics focus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- While we would prefer someone with some coding experience, for the right person we can upskill you.
- You’ve had some experience in creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel
- You’re had exposure to CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
- You’re a fast learner and have confident communication skills
- You can work autonomously and within busy, high-performance teams
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Similar
- Passionate about the healthcare industry
