**About The Position**
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Analyst will be the key point of contact with strategic project owners, analysing the progress, risk and dependencies of projects and compiling status reports across the strategic portfolio.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Analyse project risks, scope, dependencies, issues, and assumptions in relation to project portfolios and continuously update the risk register accordingly.
- Track and monitor the progress status of project initiatives, deliverables, and milestones, while preparing rapid status updates for the manager and coordinator.
- Support the PMO Manager in developing major portfolio interventions to return projects back on track when needed.
- Support the coordinator in the development and improvement of policies, procedures and tools utilised by the PMO portfolios.
- Follow-up and report on leadership decisions, rapid response initiatives and interventions with TPM leadership, PMO Manager and Coordinator.
- Organise cross-collaboration workshops between project teams to aid information-sharing between teams and help identify areas of improvement for projects and practices.
**About You**:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in an analyst or project or PMO analyst role
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Knowledge of Project Management software (optional)
- Intermediate knowledge on Excel
- Quantitative & qualitative analysis experience
- Good verbal, written communication and good numeracy, presentation skills
