At capacity our centre caters for up to 29 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, your role will entail:

- Building strong relationships with the children and their families
- Observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress
- Discussing students’ progress with parents
- Keeping informed about the NQF, NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
- Planning and implementing an outstanding educational program for our children to develop their social skills, confidence, motor skills and language skills
- Complying with the relevant government regulations
- Meeting and exceeding the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
- Observing nutritional health, welfare and safety needs of children and creating a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children
- Actively participating in professional development opportunities and community programs

Skills and experiences:

- ECT qualification
- Passion for early childhood education
- Skills to work with other educators and teachers
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid & CPR Training
- Current Anaphylaxis Training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Remuneration:
Annual base salary of $75K to $90K plus superannuation.
