We are currently seeking an **experienced Early Childhood Room Leader** to join our established team in **South Penrith**.

**About the Role**
As a Room Leader, you will:

- Lead engaging programs that align with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**.
- Design and evaluate stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Record meaningful observations and track children’s development.
- Mentor and support fellow educators, ensuring practices reflect EYLF principles.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Approved **First Aid**, **Asthma**, and **Anaphylaxis** certifications.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid computer literacy and administrative skills.
