Our management team brings 25 years of experience in managing motorhome, caravan, car, and truck rental and retail fleets, along with accommodation cleaning services.

**The Role**:
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with strong leadership and team management abilities focused on achieving results and maintaining high service standards. A detail-oriented approach is key, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. While knowledge of the automotive detailing industry is a plus, a proactive attitude, passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to think on your feet are critical for success in this role.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management within Automotive industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing a successful team
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to analyse operations data and implement improvements
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
- Understanding of CRM’s

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Relationship management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Drivers Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
