Carlo’s IGA is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in casual roles. If you're passionate about retail and providing great service, we want to hear from you

**2x CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE**:

- Deli / Registers: Afternoon and weekend shifts, 2 pm - 7 pm.
- Grocery: Monday-Friday, ranging from 7 am - 5 pm.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include;**
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Operate registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and grocery areas.
- Assist with stock replenishment, rotation, and merchandising.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous retail or supermarket experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
- Availability to work over a 7 day rotating roster
- Previous customer service experience
- Quick learner, adaptable
- Flexible to attend shifts at short notice if required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
