We currently have an exciting **Multiple - Casual - Shop Assistants** to join our team based in **MT Tamborine.**

**Produce Availability**

**Shift - Time Slots**
- **Monday - Sunday - Availability required between - 10 am - 7 pm **_

**Shift - Time Slots**

**Deli Availability**
- **Monday to Friday - Availability required between - 10 am - 7 pm**_

**Grocery Availability**

**Shift - Time Slots**
- **Monday to Friday - Availability required between - 9am - 2 pm **_

**Dairy Availability**
- **Monday Wednesday and Friday hours between 7am - 4pm**_

**Checkouts**
- **Monday to Friday - Availability between 12pm - 7pm **_

**Key duties and responsibilities include;**
- Provide courtesy, friendly, and efficient service to all customers;
- Assist management with weekly price amendments and advertised prices on stock and fixtures in the relevant department.
- Assist management with merchandise weekly displays;
- Replenish stock in a pre-determined area of the grocery fixtures to eliminate stocks and maximize sales;
- Maintain the grocery selling area in a clean and tidy manner;
- Assist the stock hand to receive merchandise when required.
- Cash handling, customer service -check out work. All Shop Assistants are cross trained within our stores to ensure flexibility across all departments.

**The successful applicant will have ;**
- 1-2 years of retail experience will be a bonus
- Proven experience with providing excellent customer service (essential);
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative where required.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced/team-based environment.

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
