**About the Role**:
**(Full time with consideration for 4 days)**
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to join our marketing division as a **Sector Lead** and head up the Family Care Sector team. Within this role, you will be responsible for building the growth strategy that delights consumers and drives value for Kimberly Clark. You will have P&L responsibility, team leadership, innovation and a mix of both local creation and adaptation marketing.
**Key responsibilities**:
**Strategic Thinking and Value Creation**
- Set vision for brand building - insight development, best in class processes and leadership
- Development of long-term business planning processes including brand development and communication
- Drive a comprehensive annual planning process, engaging all commercial and finance functions within the business to ensure creation of insights led brand plans, delivered through comprehensive market, competitor, and consumer analysis
- Drive a culture that evaluates additional opportunities for KC brands throughout the year and provide recommendations to the business on brand direction
**Drive a culture of strategic innovation focus**
- Focus on brand positioning, Insights driven innovation and commercially profitable solutions
- Improve processes and capability while continuing to drive culture of agility and innovation. Ensure a strong pipeline of future innovation with a focus on opportunity identification and commercial analysis
- Work with global Marketing teams on opportunity identification, ANZ market analysis and launch details
- Lead / support team to deliver all approved new product development (NPD) projects end to end, including providing ongoing input and guidance in relation to product positioning, development, efficiency, process, legal and marketing advice
- Ensure a comprehensive evaluation and review process is delivered for all relevant projects across the team, leveraging and leading internally.
**Drive a culture of marketing excellence**
- Lead development of local campaigns and global adaptations that resonate with the Australian consumers, modernise and build brand equity for Kleenex (including development of a Masterbrand platform) and Viva.
- Identify and integrate purpose, social impact and sustainability for Kleenex.
- Champion PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) model of marketing excellence
- Be a talent catalyst driving capability within the team, and as part of MLT initiatives.
**Commercialization**
- Drive internal teams to review and measure performance of sales and marketing activity
- Capability, Insights, and Information - work to improve internal data and information usage to ensure quality analysis and evaluations. Partner with the category team, data providers & the marketing team to drive capability, insights, and information
- Track, monitor and make adjustments based on ROI of brand performance, brand health measures, and other key performance indicators for major brand activity. Ensure team are utilising, monitoring, and sharing internally at relevant occasions
**P&L management**
- Responsible for the delivery of the P&L per annual targets
- Represent the sector through key processes such as S&OP, pricing forums, and leading decisions to optimise the delivery of the profitable growth.
**People leadership**
- Lead a successful, high performing, collaborative team with a flexible interpersonal style to build a cohesive team; facilitating the completion of team goals; demonstrate a genuine caring and concern for direct reports
- Coaching and developing direct reports by providing feedback, instruction, and development guidance to help team members to excel in their current or future job responsibilities; planning and supporting the development of individual skills and abilities
- Promote commitment to and clear understanding of KC policies and procedures and adherence to them
- Actively foster an inclusive culture, making the most effective use of the capabilities, insights, and ideas of all individuals
