**Your Role**:
As a Night Shift Carer, you'll be an essential part of our supportive and compassionate team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care during the night hours. Your work will make a significant impact on the well-being and comfort of our residents.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide personalized care during the night, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and any other needs as outlined in individual care plans.
- Monitor and respond to residents' needs throughout the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Offer emotional, social, and spiritual support during overnight hours.
- Maintain a vigilant, safety-first approach in all tasks, contributing to a calm and secure environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably with night shifts.
- A passion for delivering world-class care with compassion and empathy, especially during the quiet hours of the night.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid working rights in Australia and up-to-date COVID and seasonal flu vaccinations.
