Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are recruiting **Personal Care Workers** for multiple positions in **Campbelltown**:

- Bardia, Glenfield ,Ingleburn, Macquarie Fields, Macquarie Links, Minto, Airds, Ambarvale, Appin, Bradbury, Glen Alpine, Rosemeadow, Ruse, Liverpool, Moorebank, Warwick Farm, Gregory Hills, Leppington, Narellan, Oran Park, Lurnea, Cecil Hills, Cobbitty, Balmoral, Picton, Mount Annan, Casula and surrounding areas

**What’s On Offer**
- **Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual** (based on your location and availability)
- **Pay**:$32.85p/h - $33p/h** (dependent on experience) + **11.5% super** + **travel allowance** of** $0.92 per KM** + **paid travel time**:

- **Hours**: 20-30 hours per fortnight with opportunities to flex up
- **Smartphone and Uniform** - ready when you join us
- A fully supported**and **paid Induction program**:

- **Become Cert III qualified** in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees)
- **Fitness Passport** - a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families)

**Your New Role**:

- **Personal Care**: Experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

- **Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support**:

- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
- Experience in personal care and/or relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
