IGA Mosman Fresh is a small boutique IGA conveniently located on Stirling Highway in Mosman Park and open every day of the year from 6am to 10pm. We are passionate about what we do and as a team we aim to provide the best shopping experience to our customers.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Managing the presentation & daily operations of our Deli, Specialty Cheese and Instore Bakery Departments
- Baking of bread, bread rolls & pastries
- Making sandwiches, rolls, paninis & fresh salads
- Cooking and preparation of hotbox daily meal solution
- Preparation of canteen meals
- Cutting, wrapping and merchandising Specialty Cheese fridge
- Supplier ordering & liaison
- Ensuring Departments compliance with Food Safety requirements
- Leading, guiding, nurturing & developing team members to ensure quality & consistency of offer & meeting of department standards

**Qualifications & experience**
- At least two years previous experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
