**Optus Stadium provides WA with a world class venue to host major sports and entertainment events. The multi-purpose Stadium and the surrounding Stadium Park is open 365 days a year and has been designed with a fans-first focus. The VenuesLive management team is responsible for operating the Stadium and is committed to growth and innovation in the areas of venue management, event delivery and catering services.**

Reporting to the Stadium Park Events Manager, the Meetings & Special Events (MASE) Venue Coordinator will form an integral part of the Events & Venue Management group and will play an important role in delivering MASE and non-event activities at Optus Stadium.

Your focus will be:

- Provide support across all functional areas (internal and external)
- Assist with the planning, integration and delivery of MASE and non-event day activities at Optus Stadium and the Stadium Park. A client first approach to the management of the operational relationship between the Stadium and it’s Clients, Hirers and Operational Partners.

To be successful, you will have:

- Diploma or degree qualifications in Event Management (or working towards qualification)
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination role
- Competency in Ungerboeck / UBS system (preferred not essential)

While standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, the nature of the event industry means that you will be required to work outside these hours particularly around MASE, non-event day activities and events being staged at Optus Stadium and Stadium Park.
