**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer, someone who is a bit of an all
- rounder, takes control of their tasks and is willing to take on additional tasks and assist where and when necessary. You will be based at our head office in Eagle Farm. The successful applicant will take pride in the quality of their work, has a keen eye for detail and accuracy and can maintain a high level of confidentiality.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely administration of accounts payable on a daily basis. The function also involves providing support to the Chief Financial Officer.

The key responsibilities include:

- Accurately entering invoices into Vista by Viewpoint within service level agreed timeframes;
- Ensure all invoices are correctly authorised, including pricing and cost codes;
- Preparing and reconciling supplier statements;
- Answering supplier queries;
- Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor as directed.

**About you**:

- Experience in accounts payable administration;
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint would be advantageous;
- Strong numerical skills;
- Ability to process a high volume of invoices, efficiently and precisely;
- Capacity to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A keen eye for detail, the ability to take initiative and a problem-solving nature;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Be self-directed and a team player;
- Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
