Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand with plans to continue to expand throughout 2023. We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.

We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manage**r** to lead our high-performing team in Penrith. As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.

**About you**:

- Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully lead a team
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
- Are able to work every weekend and enjoy time off during the week
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member
- Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance

**About the role**:

- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
- Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
