Website Solutions Lead

**About the role**

This position is responsible for leading the City of Parramatta’s website migration and continuous improvement projects, transforming the city's digital presence and delivering a superior customer experience across web and mobile platforms. The role will oversee project lifecycles, from planning to execution, while fostering collaboration across departments and managing key stakeholder relationships. The Website Projects Lead will use their technical expertise, strong leadership, and strategic thinking to drive successful outcomes in digital project delivery.

On a daily basis, you will:

- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of website projects, including planning, budget management, resourcing, and implementation.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences across digital platforms, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Guide the planning and execution of web migrations and upgrades, aligning with organisational goals and user requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, user-focused digital solutions.
- Implement continuous improvement practices and ensure web governance processes maintain the highest standards of content quality, functionality, and security.
- Manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, solving problems proactively to ensure project success.Lead a team of professionals, ensuring collaboration and accountability to achieve the desired organisational outcomes.

**About you**

You will also bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
- Certifications or training in UX design or digital analytics tools (desirable).
- Prior experience in developing and managing websites, ensuring WCAG standards and enhancing customer experience.
- Experience leading a team and working with cross-functional groups to achieve digital objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in UX and UI improvement projects within digital environments.
- Developer skills or experience leading developers in the successful delivery of digital projects.Experience with OpenCities platform is highly regarded.

We are offering an attractive remuneration of $125,996.69 plus 11.5% superannuation.
