We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at the Silverwater Technology Centre.

In the role, you will be multi-skilled manufacturing team who are responsible for the production of cost-effective, quality products for consumers and the marketplace in a timely manner. Follows standard operating procedures to carry out and complete assigned work tasks.

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of dispatch operations, ensuring outbound orders are processed accurately and on time. This role also plays a key part in coordinating team workflow, ensuring smooth communication across departments.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities to meet courier cut-off times and delivery schedules.
- Act as the first point of contact within the dispatch team for workflow allocation and troubleshooting.
- Guide and support dispatch team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Assist the Dispatch Supervisor in monitoring daily workload and team performance.
- Print shipping labels, verify order details, and ensure correct packaging and documentation. Liaise with courier partners for pickups, delays, and exceptions.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to first-time quality
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience supporting or guiding teams is highly valued.
- Knowledge of courier platforms, shipping processes, or freight handling preferred.
- Ability to carry out manual labour - light weight lifting, carrying, etc Light lifting of a load of 5-10kg when required
