Flockd GRP is a group of companies including Flockd Co-workspace and Flockd Espresso Bar based in Burleigh Heads, QLD. Our venue is a small designer coffee shop, and our coffee is made with the famous Blackboard Coffee Beans. We have a small food menu with a focus on quality coffee and excellent customer service.

**YOU**
We believe the right attitude is everything but previous management experience and being a trained Barista is essential. Experience in food handling and food prep is highly regarded. We won’t beat around the bush - we’re looking for a hardworking, outgoing person that has a natural ability to coach and motivate a team. Ultimately, you will help increase probability, boost customer engagement, and turn our café into a favourite local spot.

- Must have experience managing venues

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Flockd Espresso Bar - Café Manager

Managing day-to-day operations of Flockd Espresso Bar which includes:

- Cash Handling (including daily cash-ups)
- Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas (if and when required)
- Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (takeaway cups, coffee, milk etc)
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new items based on the seasonality and customer’s preference
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with patrons and deliver excellent customer services
- Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy maintaining high OHS standards
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boots our reputation
