Cafe Manager - Black Dingo Cafe (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
- Manage table seatings, events, and special functions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a high-quality experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business

About you:

- At least 3 years of relevant full-time experience
- Have a relevant formal qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work morning, evenings and weekends as required

Pay: $73,150.00 - $85,000.00 per year
